«Turkmenistan Airlines» Open Joint Stock Company announced the temporary cancellation of flights on the Ashgabat — Dubai — Ashgabat and Ashgabat — Abu Dhabi — Ashgabat routes due to airspace restrictions in the Islamic Republic of Iran and to ensure flight safety. This restriction will remain in effect until June 1, 2026.

Passengers who have purchased tickets for the canceled flights can receive a full refund without any deductions. Additionally, passengers are offered the opportunity to change their flight dates to the nearest available dates free of charge.

The airline advises passengers to contact the points of purchase or official representative offices to return or exchange their tickets. For tickets purchased online, funds will be refunded to the bank card used for the payment.
